Our founder’s story
Tatiana is a leadership coach with over 15 years of experience serving as a trusted business advisor to CEOs, Boards, C-Suite executives, and next-gen leaders spanning various industries and global landscapes. Her unwavering commitment uniquely benefits mission-driven leaders, ranging from start-up entrepreneurs to corporate executives, empowering them to confidently embrace transformations and personal transitions.
She collaborates with leaders who value introspection, self-reflection, and transformation, fostering a culture of openness and collaboration within their teams and broader ecosystems. Her primary focus centers on shepherding leaders through the ever-evolving terrains of digital disruption, AI integration, and sustainability shifts while prioritizing their personal growth and the well-being of their teams.
She discovered coaching while acting as a talent advisor to start-ups and scale-ups, developing hiring strategies, processes and mentoring teams. It became obvious that giving advice wasn’t translating into meaningful behavioral changes and new habits. These experiences cemented her shift into coaching which has proven to be a vital tool to help clients thrive during times of growth and transition. On a personal level, coaching leaders to grow and succeed in their missions has given her a sense of self-actualization and fulfillment.
World class credentials
A genuine citizen of the world, Tatiana was born in France and raised in Taiwan, Belgium, and the US. She excelled both in the UK and the US as a Consultant at renowned international Search firms - Spencer Stuart and Russell Reynolds. She holds a BA in Management from Lancaster University, UK, and a Masters in Industrial Relations from the London School of Economics. Tatiana is a Hogan practitioner, an ICF-certified leadership and career coach from the Center of Executive Coaching, and a member of both the Climate Coaching Alliance and Harvard’s Institute of Coaching.
